Charlotte 'CB Glasser’ Alexander

… is a 30 something, entrepreneur, married to the love of her life and finding satisfaction in her work through a compilation of opportunities, experiences and industries.

The former co-producer of NYC’s largest and longest running LGBTQ party, Hot Rabbit, CB stepped forward into challenging roles focused in hospitality. Within the world of luxury entertainment and fine dining, CB has worked as Director of Marketing for LA’s prestigious h.Wood Group, followed by accepting a position for the Wynn’s newest 5-start Resort and Casino, Encore Boston Harbor. The COVID pandemic provided a unique opportunity for CB to transition into strategic business consulting, taking on a plethora of high end clients in an array of industries.

Currently, CB is maintaining her consulting portfolio and has joined Emerson College’s Business in Creative Enterprise department as a professor, teaching Marketing and Strategic Communication courses.

An influential leader in LGBTQ+ event production and community, CB has a passion for pushing ideas into bigger and better realities, linking a wide network of resources together, and strengthening diverse communities of all areas through collaboration and support. 

The way therapy focuses on working with what has happened in one’s past, is how I implement performance and communication strategy, to improve outcomes in one’s future.
